Linda is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts (with High Honours), Master of English Literature  offshore.  She is likewise a graduate of Diploma of Teaching English as a Second Language (UNE), Bachelor of Laws (UNSW), Master of Educational Adm. (UNSW).  She worked as a Senior Education Officer at UTS, and has been an educator, having taught Law subjects part time, at a university in Sydney. She likewise taught courses leading to Diploma of Business Adm., and Diploma of Business Administration.

Linda is strongly committed to the Australian- Filipino community. She was an elected Councillor of Blacktown City Council for five years, and she has strong ties with the local and wider Australian communities. She is a Director of two non-profit organisations, and is the currend President and Chair of Australian Filipino Women's Support Group Inc. (aka "AFWOMEN"), created to address domestic violence against women and the children of the family.  She speaks English, Pilipino, and can read and understand Spanish.  Linda is passionate about her practice of law, and how she can assist the wider community in legal issues/conflicts. 

Linda has a legal column at a local Philippine Community Herald Newspaper, under the heading "Legal Notes."  Linda considers it a privilege to help her clients and the community members.  She is passionate about eradicating discrimination of all types and levels on a local, State and National level.  She believes Australia is one of the best countries in the world, and discrimination has no place in this peaceful and fortunate country.
