During 2017, Director and Principal Solicitor of Franklin Family Law, Jennifer Franklin, celebrated 20 years in practice as a family law solicitor!

Having been admitted to practice in 1994, Jennifer worked in criminal and general practice until 1997 when she took the decision to pursue the area of law which most interested her, family law.

Since then, Jennifer has worked in small and medium practices in both Sydney and Brisbane. In 2007, Jennifer opened her own practice on Sydney’s North Shore, (Franklin Bell Family Lawyers) and developed a strong and highly respected team of family law professionals.

After several years, Jennifer returned with her family to live in Brisbane and now offers her expertise to clients living in Brisbane, South East and Remote Queensland, New South Wales and Internationally.

Jennifer understands the stresses of separation and offers compassionate, authentic advice.  She is committed to providing clients with information that empowers them to make good choices and move forward with dignity and integrity.

After many years of practice, Jennifer offers specialist family law advice in all areas of family law, including complex property settlements, children’s issues including parenting arrangements and child and spousal maintenance.

Jennifer holds a Bachelors Degree in Law, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law),  She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, a Fellow of the College of Law and admitted to practice in Queensland, New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
